Application for International Exchange Students
International students at partner institutions and Erasmus students can attend classes at TBS Barcelona Campus for a period of a full year or semester. Please see the list of current TBS partner universities below:
If you are from a university that does not have an agreement with TBS Business School, you may be able to join the program as a Freemover or Study Abroad Student depending on availability.
Whether you come from a partner university or not, and you want to come to TBS in Barcelona to continue your Bachelor in Management or Master in Management studies, you can do so upon availability and after the International Office reviews your profile.
You must meet the admission requirements below and study for either one semester or the full academic year. Please see the exchange section below regarding courses and key dates in academic calendars.
- Be studying a Bachelor in Management or a Master in Management.
- Level of English: C1, to be studying a Bachelor in Management or a Master in Management in English or to be from countries where English is one of the official languages (certified with a passport).
As a free mover or Study abroad student, the cost of the program depends on the number of credits taken.
- Bachelor studies – 1 ECTS = 127€
- Master in Management – 1 ECTS = 250€
TBS only accepts students nominated from partner universities on exchange as fee waivers. Currently, we offer no scholarships however we recommend that you contact your national education system as occasionally, local scholarships can be provided for studying abroad.

The application will be evaluated and if you meet the profile and there are places available, the program and course will be confirmed.

How to apply
- Nomination: Firstly approach the International Relations Office or representative at your university to explain the application process to you. Only the university or business school where you are currently studying can nominate you for an exchange with us in Toulouse or Barcelona.
- Application: Once nominated, our International team at our Toulouse campus will process your application and notify you. Applications to study in Barcelona are managed centrally in Toulouse.

Bachelor in Management program

Exchange students are encouraged to consider a broad range of modules as some modules will be subject to capacity restrictions. Spaces on specific modules cannot be reserved and are only confirmed once students complete the module registration. Changes to language classes won´t be permitted once registered.
Master in Management program
