Last week, our second year Bachelor in Management students, from the Entrepreneurship Itinerary had the opportunity to visit NTT DATA Living Lab, known as a global center of excellence in artificial intelligence, dedicated to promoting activities that foster and develop innovation, through the use of new technologies and a catalog of services that provides the methodologies and tools necessary to add value to the entire innovation cycle.

During the visit the students learned about biometric intelligence, where computer vision is used to better understand each person and assist them in the best possible way. For example, a blind person will have a quick response from the agent because the office will understand the reaction to this type of situation.

This happens beacause the office makes decisions autonomoulsy to help the agent create more engagement and conversion as well as to make the agent better assits its costumers by adjusting or activating service and customer support protocols.

As well as that students also had the opportunity to test a real time body segmentation, and it is use more than just detecting body parts, in fact, it’s leading to rapid improvements in medical diagnosis, autonomous vehicles and some science materials.

Lego® Serious Play®

Another curious project was related to the famous Lego. A methodology for organizational development and transformation, based on the use of LEGO® pieces, designed to solve complex challenges, identify ideas and define strategies leveraging Lego® Serious Play®.
