Yesterday, our MSc Fashion & Luxury Marketing students visited the Santa Eulàlia store, located in Passeig Gràcia, a venue that gathers the most prestigious and luxurious stores and firms in Barcelona.

This store is historical due to its foundation in 1843. However, the first Santa Eulàlia store was located in La Boqueria, and, eventually, the growth of its demand caused a relocation to several facilities up to the current location – Passeig de Gràcia, 93.

Our students learnt about this family, luxury, multi-brand, its excellent costumer experience, and exclusivity in order to promote not only their own products, but to share the Catalan haute couture with the rest of the world.

Furthermore, Santa Eulàlia has been combining history and modernity with the aim of providing a “360 experience”, as Núria Ferran, Santa Eulàlia’s Marketing Director, explained. She also shared some tips for our students to understand the difficulties in the luxury field, as well as Santa Eulàlia’s e-commerce market.
