Lily Miller

Hello! I’m Lily, I am from the United States, and I study International Business at the Cottey College (Nevada, Missouri).

1.  Why did you choose the TBS Summer School?

I chose this program because I thought it was unique to have the opportunity to study at an amazing university and be exposed to two different cultures!

 2.  What motivated you the most to come to Barcelona?

Barcelona is a huge and diverse city, I thought it would be interesting to learn more about the vast industries that thrive in this area!

 3.  What activity did you like the most?

I loved the boat trip! It was so fun to relax from the stress of classes and enjoy some time on the water with all my friends!

 4.  What module have you studied during the program?

In Toulouse, I studied A.I for sustainability and French, and in Barcelona, I studied Fashion and Luxury goods and Social Media Marketing.

 5.  What did you like the most about the Summer School classes?

I liked how the courses were really interesting, and they planned activities for us to do!

I would recommend the TBS Summer School! I had an amazing summer and made friends with several people different from me around the world. I think it’s common in study abroad programs to be with people just like you; however, everyone in this program was from places around the world which allowed me to learn more about other cultures different than my own and the ones I was immersed in. I think this program is truly amazing!
