The program Bachelor in Management at TBS Education in Barcelona provides the student with the knowledge and skills that are vital in today’s business world. 

TBS Education is a multi-campus business school and its students can enroll on either the Toulouse, Paris, Casablanca or the Barcelona campus, as well as change campuses during the program. During each of the 3 years of the business management degree, students can study in Barcelona, Toulouse, Paris or Casablanca, and at one of over 130 partner universities with which we have collaboration agreements.

Each of the 3 years of the Bachelor involves compulsory full-time internships with companies anywhere in the world, which results in the accumulation of around 12 months of professional experience by the end of the degree.

The internships follow a 3-stage program (one per year):

  • – sales (minimum 8 weeks),
  • – assistant in a functional area of a company (minimum 8 weeks) and project management (minimum 16 weeks).

63% find their first job before graduation, which is usually thanks to the internship.

The employability rate is 97% who find a job within the first 6 months of graduation.

More than 40% of international students on the campuses of Toulouse, Barcelona, Paris and Casablanca & more than 110 different nationalities.

To broaden your future prospects in the labor market, TBS provides students with the opportunity to learn languages. All classes can be taken in English, and it is also compulsory to learn a second language that can be chosen from French, German, Arabic, Chinese, Italian (only available in Toulouse), English or Spanish.

During the third year of your business management studies, students can specialize in a professional field at the Toulouse, Barcelona, Paris or Casablanca campuses. We have 20 specializations available.

Not only that, you will take an elective subject with guest professors from around the world to reinforce the focused skills that you pick up.

The teaching methodology of the courses is based on practical group work. Furthermore, many of the TBS professors on the bachelor in management are professionals from the world of business who present real case studies in class.

TBS has earned the three accreditations that business schools can attain, EQUIS, AMBA and AACSB, a triple crown that only 1% of business schools worldwide can claim to possess.
