Inclusive leadership in action

The Barcelona Business Women Network, Pride, and Early Talent recently joined forces to host “The Hidden Superpower of Leadership: Inclusiveness in Day-to-Day Actions”, a dynamic event exploring how everyday actions shape inclusive leadership.

The event featured inspiring voices from SAP, Minsait, SEIDOR, and TBS Education. Notable speakers included Karl Fahrbach, SAP’s Chief Partner Officer and BWN Executive Sponsor, as well as Tina Alsted Grejsen, María Fernanda Fernández Baña, Iván González, and Delphine Arnau, representing TBS Education. Delphine shared her insights on inclusive leadership from an educational and leadership development perspective, highlighting the role of collaboration between academia and industry in fostering inclusion.

From concept to execution, the event was a genuine team effort. The organizers — Charlotte Ruestmann, Raquel Martins, Mareike Uhl, and Rodislav Ivanov — were recognized for their dedication to shaping every detail, and the session was co-moderated alongside Charlotte.
