The course is divided into two sections. The first, “Polity, Politics and Policies,” is delivered by the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and is divided into three comprehensive modules. The second section, “Doing Business in Latin America,” offered by TBS, consists of five focused modules.
The first section focuses on understanding the historical, geographical, and societal intricacies of Latin America, emphasizing regional similarities and differences. Addresses contemporary challenges in Latin America, such as democratic survival, regulatory versus redistributive policies, and the region’s international relations amid global leadership shifts.
