MSc Cultural Management: Music, Screen and Video Games
The MSc Cultural Management: Music, Screen & Video Game program unfolds over two semesters, combining industry-specific knowledge with managerial expertise to prepare you for leadership in the music, screen, and video game industries.
At the end of the MSc, students will be able to offer their skills in cultural project management, mainly in the field of production, marketing or communication activities.
The master in Cultural Management takes place over 3 terms.
Thus, during the 1st term, you will learn Professional Expertise, working on a unique mix of academic skills and soft skills that will cultivate a 360 profile that companies are looking for.​
In the 2nd term in our business school, you will continue deepening concepts all of them revolving around the cultural and creative industries field. Moreover, you will work on a Company Consulting Project to put into practice what you have learned in class with a real-life company.
In the 3rd term of the MSc Cultural Management: Music, Screen and Video Games program, you will need to work on your Master’s Dissertation, supported by the TBS Education faculty. Additionally, you will have the chance to undertake a 6-month curricular internship in a renowned national or international company.

You will be sent a letter of engagement from a TBS partner company representative about a current strategy issue.
Students enrolled in the MSc in Music, Screen & Video Game Industries Management will be guided by TBS Education professors as they develop strategic analyses of the cultural and creative sectors. Working on real-world projects, they will assess the positioning of organizations within the interconnected ecosystems of music, film, TV, and video games. From there, they will design innovative strategic and operational actions to help these organizations tackle industry-specific challenges, such as digital transformation, new revenue models, and sustainable production practices.
This hands-on project will allow you to put into practice the skills and knowledge you have obtained during your MSc program.

To deepen your understanding through hands-on experience, you and your peers will take part in field trips to innovative companies and cultural institutions within the music, screen, and video game industries.
These visits will give you a comprehensive view of how creativity, technology, and management strategies intersect in practice—ranging from production studios and record labels to streaming platforms, gaming companies, and live event organizers. By experiencing these environments firsthand, you will gain unique insights into industry dynamics and strengthen your ability to connect theory with real-world practice.

Being fluent in Spanish is a considerable advantage, especially if you’re considering an internship in Spain, where companies often expect proficiency in the language. Therefore, we recommend seizing this chance to enhance your language skills.Â
You will need to write an individual dissertation on a current brand management issue from an academic or professional perspective. By doing so, you will contribute to the study, analysis, formalization, and abstraction of the issue in question. The dissertation should include the following:

During this master’s degree in brand management, you will be given the chance to complete an internship at a company in Spain or abroad over a 4-to-6-month period.
