TBS Education won the second place at the prestigious QS Reimagine Education Awards 2024 in London in the category of “Developing Emergging Skils and Competencies”. This distinction highlights the innovative project entitled: “Mixed Reality Design Sprint: A Multidisciplinary Loop Building Intrapreneurial Mindset”

An innovative methodology at the heart of learning

This project was done in collaboration with the Airbus Innovation Department, the pedagogical innovation team, and TBS Education’s AI center of excellence, offering a unique experience for students from MSc programs (Entrepreneurship, Customer Success Management, Sustainability, and Innovation Management, Aerospace Management and Data Science and Artificial Intelligence).

The project’s objective was to develop a competitive advantage through mixed reality by applying the Design Sprint methodology to address a strategic challenge faced by Airbus.

Mixing strategic thinking, creativity and technology

The project took a multidisciplinary approach that transcends the traditional boundaries of education by combining practical skills, theoretical knowledge, and real-life immersive experiences. Its aim was to develop essential skills to prepare students for constantly changing environments. For this reason, different methodologies and strategies were used, such as:

  • Using AI, with tools such as ChatGPT as a creative assistant.
  • Using mixed reality tools to develop innovative solutions for increase the immersive experience.
  • A holistic approach between buisnes applications, research and teaching.

A project that redefines traditional practices

This project links industry with academia, changing traditional educational practices to prepare a new generation of professionals capable of transforming innovative ideas into reality.
