Exploring TBS Education with the International Representatives Seminar
published on 02.12.24
The past 28th of November, we introduced our campus to different international representatives from various institutions around the world, curious to discover what makes TBS Education uniques. Visitors were excited to see what awaited them in our vibrant campus located in Barcelona, after an intensive journey that began two days earlier, on the 25th, in Toulouse, where they discovered our institution’s headquarters. A culmination of a journey, but no less interesting.
The presentation took place in our largest conference room, Aula Magna. Among the speakers, they explored the dynamics of the campus’s academic programs and staff, focusing on their appeal. Our team began the presentation, not only the programs but also career services, admissions, and much more, including one of the key elements that make TBS Education-Barcelona special: some MSc programs that are unique to our campus.
Also the attendees had the chance to hear firsthand from our students, who highlighted how choosing our institution not only provided them with valuable knowledge but also allowed them to embark on their first professional experiences right from the start of their studies.
“The first year is the hardest,” remarked one student. “Sometimes it feels like professors forget we have a life outside of class,” they added, laughing, before sharing how beneficial their first-year experiences turned out to be. Other students shared stories about their time abroad. “It’s a unique experience, much like the one this campus offers: a truly international environment that you can feel every day,” commented another student.
After hours of discussions and lunch breaks, the day came to an end. Some of our guests needed to return home, but for those whose flights were scheduled later than the seminar, we created a tour guide to La Pedrera, one of the biggest landmarks of the Catalan capital, along with the Sagrada Familia, both designed by the renowned architect and designer Antoni Gaudí. Showing them once again what students can learn in Barcelona that isn’t possible in other places.
We hope the visit captivated our guests, as their interest was evident from the many questions they asked about student experiences, the admissions process, and application procedures, among other topics. While we couldn’t answer every question in person, you can find more information on our website, or contact us through the support chat on the bottom right corner, or by reaching out to us directly. We’ll be happy to assist you!
