Our Master in Management students had the opportunity to visit the SAP business facilities and participate in a challenge focused on real problems from clients who collaborate with them. In teams, the students analyzed their cases and presented suggestions to the company’s committee, which evaluated them and awarded a “diploma” to the winning team.
Once again, as we saw last week with the Sesame project, the students had the opportunity to work on real-world problems with great professionalism, learning firsthand about business and providing practical solutions with impressive results. They not only gained experience but also earned the appreciation of companies, such as SAP, which has been delighted with the students.
Programs that combine both theory and practice give them a chance to experience real-world challenges for the future while still in school, providing them with a strong foundation for their curriculums. This is why activities like these, combined with the mandatory 3- and 6-month internships each year respectively in our Master in Management program, are crucial in preparing students for a rapidly evolving professional landscape. By taking initiative and acquiring essential new skills, students improve their adaptability to change and position themselves to lead in the future. Furthermore, these experiences help them to improve their employability by increasing their chances of securing a job quickly after graduation.
