TOULOUSE (TBC)

· Monday, 9th February: Arrival in Toulouse and welcome.

· Tuesday, 10th February: Day at the Toulouse campus and dinner. 

· Wednesday, 11th February: Guided Tour of Toulouse and departure to Barcelona.

BARCELONA TBE EDUCATION

BARCELONA (TBC)

· Thursday, 12th February - Day at the Barcelona campus and dinner.

· Friday, 13th February- Optional cultural activity and departure,

KEY INFORMATION

This is an all-expenses-paid event and TBS Education covers travel and accommodation for one representative per school and the activities included in the program.

Once you complete the pre-registration form, you will receive an email from TBS Education confirming if your pre-registration has been accepted.

Please fill up the questionnaire below before the 19th of December, 2025 in order to apply for the event. Once your slot is confirmed, we will send you a second email to book your flights and accomodation. You will have a deadline to complete the second form with all your personal data. Take into account that if you do not fulfill that form in time, your slot will be transfered to another person.

TBS Education will provide accommodation for you in Toulouse (two nights, 9th & 10th February 2026) and Barcelona (two more nights, 11th & 12th February 2026), as well as a bus transfer from one city to another. If you want to arrive earlier in Toulouse or stay longer in Barcelona, you can do it at your own cost.

  • TBS Education will not handle your Visa procedures, so make sure your flying permits are in order and also that you have the validation from your school to participate (if needed).
